Brandywine Materials, LLC offers disposable plastic static mixers, pneumatic and manual dispensing guns, dual cartridges, syringes, meter-mix-dispense equipment and accessories made by Sulzer Mixpac (Quadro - Statomix). Products are used for mixing and dispensing epoxy, silicone, polyurethane, acrylic and other adhesives and sealants.

Applications  include aerospace, automotive, biodiesel manucturing, chemical manufacturing, cement and repair, countertop fabrication, electrical equipment, electronics, fiber optics, maintenance and repair, potting and encapsulating, transportation, wind turbine assembly and general industrial use.

Mixpac Static Mixers Brandywine offers static mixers (mixing nozzles) for diverse applications. Static mixers are available in a variety of diameters, lengths, number of elements, materials of construction (polypropylene and polyacetal) and assorted tips.
Mixpac Dispensers Adhesive dispensing tools are available in many different sizes and types. These include hand-held pneumatic and manual, battery operated and semi-automated table top dispensers.
Mixpac Cartridges Dual component adhesive cartridges are available in many capacities ranging from total volumes of 25 ml up to 1500ml. Ratios available include 1:1, 2:1, 3:2, 3:1, 4:1, 5:1, 6:1, 10:1 and others. Materials of construction include polypropylene (PP), nylon (PA 6) and polyester (PBT).
